Returns and Exchanges and Refunds:
Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Opened items can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must have at least 50% of the product remaining or the exchange will not be valid.

If the item you are exchanging is more than the price of the product you are exchanging it for, we will invoice you for the remainder due. Your item will not ship until your invoice is paid in full.

Products under $10 purchase price cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the gift, the full retail price of the gift will be deducted from your return.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

Wilde and Co. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Wilde and Co. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and many other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are unable to refund or replace packages that show as "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. The customer must open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.

International Shipping:
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please document this with a photograph if at all possible and contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
