Q: Is WILDE + CO. organic?

A: To keep it short and sweet, YES! All of our products are made of all natural 100% organic ingredients. Each one of our butters and oils are handpicked from sustainable sources all over the world.

Q: Are all your products hypoallergenic?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety or toxicity of our products. However, all of our products are made with 100% all natural ingredients and are generally widely used throughout the skin care world. Our products are handled in a facility that uses nuts, so please be advised that your products may have come in to contact with either almonds, cashews, peanuts, or any other nut related products. If you ever have a reaction to any of our products, stop use immediately and consult with a medical professional.

Q: I live in a warm climate state, will that affect my order?

A: WILDE + CO. strives to make sure that your order arrives to you in the same condition that it was in the day it was made. However, since all of our moisturizers and body butters melt with body heat, shipping to warmer climates *may* have an affect on the overall consistency of your order. If you live in a warm climate state/country, please let us know beforehand. We will arrange a narrow delivery window for your order to help ensure you love your product(s) as much as we do!

Q: I have a ____ allergy, can you customize my order?

A: Of course! If you have an allergy to a specific ingredient, let us know before hand and we can make you a custom bottle/jar of all of our products. Keep in mind that your custom order will be handled in a facility that contains the product(s) that you are asking to have removed. Removing the ingredient(s) from the recipe does not ensure that your order won't come in to contact with the ingredient(s) that you have an allergy to. It is advised that you consult with a medical professional if there is any question as to whether or not our products would be safe for you to use.

Q: What ingredients do you use?

A: Well, we are excited you've asked because we are so happy to share with you!

Each one of our signature Body Butters contains: shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, kokum butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, sunflower seed oil, hempseed oil, arrowroot, and various combinations of essential oils.

In our Nepenthe Face Potion, you'll find: rosehip oil, seabuckthorn, hempseed oil, sunflower seed oil, + various essential oils.

In Full of Life, there's: black castor oil, sweet almond oil, hempseed oil, and rosemary.

Bloom, our facial moisturizer, is packed with: rosehip oil, seabuckthorn, shea butter, mango butter, aloe, sunflower seed oil, palmerosa, + rose otto.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Unopened items may be returned in 14 days from the date of purchase. Opened items may be exchanged for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are only valid if at least 50% of the product remains. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our full policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Q: I live out of the U.S.A., can you ship to me?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We ship worldwide!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Since all of our products are handmade, we typically ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing and about 2-5 business days for your order to arrive to your front door after processing. Please contact us for tracking information. Rush shipping is available, let us know if you are in a hurry!

Q: Do you ever sell at trade shows/craft fairs?
